What are Travel Bloom services?
Travel Bloom provides a fun and stress free way of planning your getaway. Glamourous and extravagant travels booked with added layer of travel protection. Have a trip in mind? I can assist you with yours Girls Trip, Bae-cation(Couples Getaway), Future Birthday Trip, Bachelorette Party Getaway and more. We can create personalized trip itineraries, book cruises, car rentals, round trip transportation and plus more. We specialized in US, Canada, Mexico, & Caribbean destinations.
What Type of Identification Do I need to Travel Domestically or Internationally?
Domestic: You must present an acceptable ID, such as a valid passport, state-issued enhanced
drivers license or U.S. military ID, to fly within the U.S. You will not be allowed to fly if your identity cannot be verified.
International: Allowed identification documents include resident alien cards, border crossing cards and passports from a foreign country. Other ID options are DHS travel documents, an
ADIT stamp or an emergency travel document issued by a U.S. or foreign consulate for emergency travel reasons. https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification
Do we provide travel quotes for private trips?
Yes there is a nonrefundable research fee of $20 for 5 Quotes with that you can ask for additional destination, modifications, or travelers with more than 4 people. If your interested booking your trip I require half of the deposit up front in order to get started on the payment plan. *Serious inquires accepted to save both parties time.
Do you book AirBnB’s?
Due to liability reasons we don’t personally work with Air B&Bs but we do have access to many other vendors for homes, villas, rentals, etc.
How Early Should I arrive to the Airport?
On the day of travel, we. advise you to check in 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to departure for international flights.
How does our travel services work?
Once you filled out our Travel Request Questionnaire, please 48 hours to process. We will schedule a free 20 minute consultation so you can feel comfortable and talk more about your future vacation plans. Once you accept and pay the deposit for proposed trip itinerary, we will confirm travel documents & details . Let us know if you are interested in starting a payment plan. As the closer to your trip we will send out alerts on the latest travel news & tips and weather details. Vacay Mode !!
How does Payment Plans process work ?
Payment plans for cruises and vacation packages are determined by the cruise lines and package suppliers and are based on how far in advance the trip is booked, the total price of the booking, etc. Once quoted on trip inquiry, most of the vendors we work with require deposit within 48 hours so prices are subject to change due to time & availability. If your interested in automatic payment opt. in for recurring payment once we send over Payment Plan form link. Most vendors that we work with require that you to pay the full balance at least 45 days prior to your arrival.
If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us a email notification. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will Automatically Cancelled.
What form of payments do we accept?
For private & group events, we accept online payments or through phone consultations . We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. There is a penalty fee 2% of for misspelled/ name change on travel documents.
Do we provide refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. In order to receive refund we advise you to get travel protection.
What is Travel Protection?
By adding travel protection travelers can relax and have confidence in their vacation purchase. If needed, travelers can cancel their trip for any reason. Contact us at any time prior to departure to cancel and you may receive these options of a a refund, no fees for vacation changes, hurricane travel credit, and during travel benefits such as 24-hour emergency assistance, baggage protection and more.
Plus, when adding the Travel Protection Plus on Mexico, Caribbean, Hawaii and Central America vacations, you may qualify to receive our Price Protection Guarantee — where if the hotel portion of the vacation price decreases after the booking is made, the traveler will receive the lower rate. This benefit also applies to airfare on Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flight Vacations.
What happens if I make my payments, but my roommate(s) fail to pay?
You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change. If your roommate cancel please notify us so your account can be adjusted to appropriate package price.
How do travel agents get paid?
We do require a retainer fee for research and planning discussed in private consultation. We also get paid commission through vendors (hotel, cruises ,flights, ect.) 30- 60 days after your trip.
Are you looking for a travel buddy?
We offer roommate matching on select travel packages, each travel event will announced if roommate matching program is available. (TBA)
When will I receive the itinerary for my trip?
Itinerary will be sent out at least 30 days before scheduled trip via text or email.
